When you book equipment through RentEQ, we collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, mobile number, and delivery address.

SMS communications

If you opt in to SMS notifications at the time of booking, we send transactional text messages related to your specific rental — pickup reminders, return reminders, and overdue notices. Message frequency varies by rental. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile number and SMS opt-in status are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP.

How we use your information

We use your information to process bookings, communicate about your rental, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal information.
